Implementation Methods

The following implementation methods are available to Action Assist clients:

Option 1: Own Implementation

The Organisation manages its own implementation.

The implications of this option are as follows:

  • The organisation contracts with Action iT (Pty) Ltd directly for the use of the software
  • Action iT (Pty) Ltd trains the organisation's users in the management and use of the system (capacity building)
  • A user within the organisation is designated as the Action Assist Premier and is responsible for supporting the users within the organisation in using Action Assist and is the point of contact with Action iT (Pty) Ltd for all Support and Enhancement requests
  • Action iT (Pty) Ltd does not take any responsibility for the live data captured into the system. This will be the sole responsibility and accountability of the Premier within the organisation

Option 2: Own Consultants

The organisation manages their own implementation with the assistance and support of their own consultants

The implications of this option are as follows:

  • The organisation contracts with Action iT (Pty) Ltd directly for the use of the software
  • Action iT (Pty) Ltd trains the organisation and / or consultants in the management and use of the system (capacity building). The cost of training is for the account of the organisation or consultant
  • A user within the organisation and / or a consultant is designated as the Action Assist Premier and is responsible for supporting the users within the organisation in the use of Action Assist and is the point of contact with Action iT (Pty) Ltd for all Support and Enhancement requests
  • Action iT (Pty) Ltd does not take any responsibility for the live data captured into the system. This will be the sole responsibility and accountability of the Premier and consultants within the organisation

Option 3: Approved Business Partner

The organisation manages their own implementation with the assistance and support of an Action iT (Pty) Ltd approved Business Partner.

The implications of this option are as follows:

  • The organisation contracts with the Action iT (Pty) Ltd Business Partner directly for the use of the software
  • The Action iT (Pty) Ltd Business Partner trains the organisation's users in the management and use of the system (capacity building)
  • The Action iT (Pty) Ltd Business Partner is the point of contact with Action iT (Pty) Ltd for all Support and Enhancement Requests
  • Action iT (Pty) Ltd does not take any responsibility for the live data captured into the system. This will be the sole responsibility and accountability of the designated officials and Business Partner within the organisation

 

To activate your subscription to Action Assist:

  1. Download the latest Action Assist Subscriber Agreement;
  2. Complete the entire document;
  3. Sign / Initial all the pages where requested; and
  4. Fax the signed document to +27 (0)86 626 1403.
